Thumbs up

In 1956 I remember seeing a documentary film called "We Found A Valley", which supported the Kenneth More film "Reach for the Sky". It was about the finding of oil in the Sahara or somewhere in the Middle East. It was in colour. Does anyone else remember this film.

In a similar vein, one of the BBC2 colour test films of the 1960s was called "Algerian Pipleline" and was about the building of a pipeline from some oilfield to the Algerian coast. Some of the music used in this film was also used as the theme for the 1950s b/w TV production "Fabian of Scotland Yard" staring Bruce Seton as Fabian. If you go to the movies enjoy your film and please take your litter away with you
