I seem to have been browsing a few CFF titles of late and it has set me thinking - whatever happened to all those CFF kids ?

Pauline Quirke, Linda Robson and Paul J. Medford emerged subsequently as adult actors, but does anyone know anything of any of the rest ? Lawrie Mark popped up in THE FOSTERS in the mid 1970s, but did anybody else 'make it'

Keith Chegwin went on to be a kids tv presenter, alcoholic, ran around naked on a CH5 gameshow and can currently be found bothering people early in the morning on brekkie tv.

Starred in two CFF's as Egghead Wentworth.

A reasonable percentage of them (given the normal percentage of actors that "make it") went on to become better known like:

Leslie Ash - The Boy with Two Heads (1974)
Dexter Fletcher - 4D Special Agents (1981)
Mandy Miller, Melvyn Hayes - Adventure in the Hopfields (1954)
Linda Robson, Phil Daniels - Anoop and the Elephant (1972)
Phil Collins - Calamity the Cow (1967)
Francesca Annis - The Cat Gang (1958)
Susan George - Cup Fever (1965)

and so on...

They're all listed on the IMDb, search for CFF as the production company.

Thanks Chaps !

I had completely forgotten Cheggers and Susan George. Also, of course, wasn't the beautiful Olivia Hussey in CUP FEVER as well ? And Dennis Waterman - or am I imagining that bit ?

Cheers Steve - I really ought to do more than basic name/plot searches on IMDb...

Bookmark the advanced search at The Internet Movie Database (IMDb) as well as the main search page. It's a very powerful search tool.
