3 Men in a Boat

Has anyone got this region o dvd,i got it for xmas the print is terrible and there are a couple of film stock glitches ie,you see the print roll a couple of times during the film,seems like a whole transfer issue as opposed to a one off disc fault,is this anybody else's experience before i try exchanging it. help wink
