Anybody know the location of the castle ruins?

I certainly can't be definite but the ruins silhouetted against the skyline at the beginning of the film looks very much like Corfe Castle in Dorset.

OK I've done a bit more snooping - the ruins (in the film called 'Norman Arches') are indeed Corfe Castle in Dorset. There is a very good recent photograph at this address:



The ruined gate Henry Kendall drives through at the beginning is on the left - although in the film it's shot from the other side.
