Default Blonde Fist (1991)

There's a scene in this film that contains a clip of an old B & W childrens tv show, which features a young lady, and a puppet. Can anyone tell me what the tv show was, and the name of the lady shown on - screen? (it looks to date from the early 1960's)

The date is right ( I think) for Kukla, Fran and Ollie.I'm trying to remember Fran's last name but it won't come to me.

Thanks for the feedback, guys, but I think the programme in question was a british production. I do kind of have an inclination that the lady I was asking about was MURIEL YOUNG [1928 - 2001] and that the tv series may be The Five O'Clock Club, from 1963...I'm just not 100% sure, though. Can anyone confirm?
