Default Lord Peter Wimsey

Is 'Busman's Honeymoon' (1940) the only big screen outing for Lord Peter Wimsey?

Bats.

The IMDb also lists The Silent Passenger (1935) with Peter Haddon playing his lordship

As I understand it the Montgomery flick was intended as part of a series and was filmed at MGM British (Boreham Wood I think), as opposed to Hollywoodised England, and that with the start of the war operations were closed down there and the series came to a premature end.

Thanks Steve

That looks interesting, I'll see if I can track it down somewhere.

Thanks.
I have just ordered a copy of Busman's Honeymoon. I remembered seeing it years ago and it a good film. I love the Wimsey stories, I just wish the Acorn DVDs of the two TV series weren't so expensive.
