Just been browsing through the IMDB doing some research on the great Judy Geeson, and discovered that in the mid-70s, she appeared in a British short called, coincidentally, SHORT ENDS.
I'm not sure if this has ever been discussed before on this site, or indeed if anyone has seen it. The question is, if they have, do they have any information as to its horror or non-horror status? It wasn't listed in TEN YEARS OF TERROR, but then again nor were quite a few things- THE OFFENCE, for one glaring example, didn't even make it into the borderline section. Obviously I'm just a collector of great British film per se, but horror is still my genre du jour, so to speak, and such things intrigue me.
The IMDB link, with a synopsis that hints at some horror content, is here:
Short Ends (1976)
Apart from La Geeson, the other reason why it might be of interest is that it features the only known acting role from the late Traffic drummer/lyricist Jim Capaldi. Being a total prog and psych-head, this makes me want to see it even more.
Actually, his lyrics were quite scary in themselves. "I'm looking for a girl with no face...." etc.
