Thanks for that 'kelp'...I do have so many memories and you bunch keep setting it off...how lucky we are.



Just one more thing...Bob really wanted his film collection to go to the American Film institute under the guidance of Martin Scorsese (I think you can all guess why) but it never happened.

I think he thought he had conquered his illness.

Interesting: I was under the impression the BFI arrangement was sorted out prior to Bob's death.....

You're probably right penfold - that makes sense in a way. It will be interesting to see what Kaleidoscope have to say at the BAFTA event and what they've discovered in the massive collection.

I understand the guide to all the material in the collection will be published shortly.



Does anyone know if this paperback book will be for sale in the High Street, or will it be only available from selected retailers. ?



If, as indicated it contains at least a list of most of the material, it should be a very worthwhile publication indeed.

I would imagine that apart from at the launch event, it will be available direct via Kaleidoscope's website.......unlikely that it would get onto the high street.
