    Dick did intend to remain in Ireland, he worked for RTE and set up this production company but it fell through and Wendy his wife was expecting by which time they were living almost all the time in the London area. He never achieved his producing or directing ambition but did write a screenplay entitled The Reprise which he submitted to a number of US studios and TV networks around 1978. Ruth Prigozy did an excellent bio that is still available called "No More Little White Lies"

    Interesting to see the announcement that Sidney Poitier will be in Dr Dolittle.

    A further point above is that of the 12 films mentioned above, 6 are horror/SF, and 3 (including Fu Manchu) are Spy/Bond type films.
