Of course there is a tendency to judge yesterdays films & TV programmes by todays standards in an attempt to make sure no-one in the country is offended. This results over time in the reduction in the issues that can be explored in film, and classic films and programmes no longer being shown (nothing more annoying than words being 'bleeped' out in classic comedy shows on TV). Hollywood has already embraced this by the rapid increase in so-called fantasy films with special effects and no story, I can't stand them (and yes I include both Harry Potter & Lord of the Rings in this!). I do detect that film goers are getting browned off & bored by this and a few better (often semi British) films are coming around, I am looking forward to 'Atonement' although I didn't like the trailer. I remember when 'Vera Drake' was released not one commercial cinema in the north east was showing it, very disappointing I had to go to a cinema club to see it.

For some reason Carmel's avatars remind me of a large billboard advertising campaign that ran in France many years ago which caused a sensation ( even in more liberal France!) and cars to crash into the back of one another!,Anyway the campaign began with a photo of a very beautiful and alluring girl ( just like our own Carmel...) and she is announcing in the text of the ad that in a few weeks she will remove some of her clothing. Anyway, this goes on for months and months with new photos appearing on the billboards with more tanatalising promises to reveal more, until the whole of the male poulation of France has been worked up into a hysteria of anticipation as to how revealing the photos will become and what the hell the advert is actually for! So this slow undressing process goes on for months until the photo of the girl is down to sexy lingerie....and the ad is for.....er...can't remember! Anyway, not suggesting that Carmel does the same but the air of mystery and surprise perhaps even anticipation is certainly there in Carmels pleasing ever changing avatars..........
keep them coming Carmel.........and the less is more theory really does work...(the less you reveal I mean!)

I'm hoping we'll get to see Carmel's sweet face again sometime soon. I must admit, though her legs are wonderful examples of the beautiful forms such limbs can make... I've never been much of a leg guy.

Well I know that Sid James was madly in love with Barbara Windsor. But she wasnt interested. Sid James was South African by the way, he was clever with that cockney accent.

I thought they had an affair. She only wasn't interested initially, but he won her around... that's my understanding.

Mine too, I think they had a bit of a fling, its depicted in the Tv drama about Sid James and Babs that was on TV several years ago.
