Go for The Langoliers .... at least it's got the talented David Morse in it and Tom Holland is a good director.

The Ghost Ship, not a great film but a wonderful print and a surprising early appearance by Ian Carmichael.

Thats the joke that killed the Music Hall !

I'll be re-watching the film 'Daybreak' with Eric Portman, Ann Todd and Bats favourite person Maxwell Reed!:
My friend, whom I met on this site, has sent me a much better copy than I previously owned so will sit down and watch poor old Eddie Tribe/Mendozer go through hell and back. The hangmans noose awaits!

Default 12 O'Clock High.

Gregory Peck might not be your first choice on great actors but he should be up there!

Great combat footage. Great story.

A big 'Thank you' to all those Rebs (& Yanks) that flew with the 'Mighty 8th'....
.Respect chaps, RESPECT!

..............and Thank you!

Just finished watching Vernon Sewell's little B picture "Strongroom" starring Derren Nesbitt and Colin Gordon. A very enjoyable way of spending 75 minutes

Is this the only film to co-star two future No. 2's from The Prisoner ?

Default New Parcel of Brit Films Unleashed on Australia

Hi. I'm just signed on.

Here in Australia, the ABC have been showing RANK films for the past 15 years. They started getting repeated after the first few years, but in all there must have been a few hundred films. About a year ago they added some RKO's - mostly US but a few UK.

Just a month or so ago, we've started seeing a whole new batch of amazing British features, Alexander Korda's for example.

This week we've had The Wrong arm of the Law (Peter Sellers), last night was Chance of a Lifetime (Bernard Miles) and next week there's Jimmy Edwards and Martita Hunt in "Treasure Hunt" which I haven't seen since I was a kid - and that's a long time ago. They're showing one or two after midnight five nights a week.

Does anyone know what this package might comprise, where it came from after all this time and how long it might last?
