Senior Member Join Date: Nov 2006 Location: Liverpool, England Posts: 473 Country: iTrader: (1)	Ethel Griffies I've seen Billy Liar umpteen times (it ties with Odd Man Out as my all-time favourite film), and yet I've never noticed that Ethel Griffies (Grandma/Florence Boothroyd) was the old lady in the cafe in Hitchcock's The Birds, which I've also seen many times. Funny when that happens. Just thought I'd mention it in passing...
