I always thought the soundbite was taken from the Dambusters (on the Album) ( but I may be wrong ) Do you mean Parkers movie soundtrack? Or is old age getting the better of me?

It's on the actual album. It is Robert Shaw,shouting to to his protege,who has just been shot by Luftwaffe:"Simon,where the hell are you,Simon". Also there is the newsreader's voice (John Snagge,I think) reading out the numbers of aircraft shot down in the final battle (Sept 15)
