I had always wondered about that Goldfinger gaff, I think they have all assisted him in the plot thus far, but the point of showing them all the operation seems to be to ask them for money,l which he does, then he goes and gasses them all, still not sure why, though I guess you could just say he is a sadist?

In the Spy Who Loved Me, Fekesh hides in the tomb because he thinks behind the iron gate he will be safe. Jaws just bites through the chains. I can't remember if that is shown or not but its in the original script.

The other fella is a nod to Sean Connery, but I'm sure you know that. lol.
