Would anyone like to make a case for the most influential,not necessarily the best British Film of all time,in terms of the world , and not just sales, overall impact,artistic ,cinematic,career etc .Not just the title, your reasons why .I did consider the James Bond series which would be obvious but can you choose one only of them or a entirely different individual film of you choice.
I would be interested in your choice,it may be your favourite, tell me why it made an influence abroad on the perception of what is a British film and what it had to say to the world.
