    Looking for any information on Charles Frend's 'The Return of the Vikings' from 1945.

    Not much at IMDB.

    Because it runs only 52 minutes it is regarded as a short and will be very difficult to find on the usual websites. However there is an entry in the BFI Films and TV database at BFI | Film & TV Database | The RETURN OF THE VIKINGS (1944)

    The IMDb regards anything less than 45 minutes as a short. But I don't think there is any official definition

    The definition of the BFI Distribution Dept used to be that a feature film is 60 minutes or more and a short is anything less
