Glad to say that "Mr & Mrs" wasn't Anglia. It was split between Border TV, where it was presented by Derek Batey and another ITV regional company who used a chap called Alan (Possibly Taylor?) as their presenter.
Another one of my favourite Christmas presents, a great Documentary series which i remember watching in the 1990's, also includes Anglia At Peace.

When we lived in Lincolnshire we got out local TV news from Anglia TV, then I think it switched to Leeds
Actually, it was shared with HTV. Just discovered this thread and delighted. For my first 20 years Anglia TV was my local ITV station. Other shows they produced and not mentioned here were Romper Room ("please Mr Music Man will you play?") that all we kids wanted to go on, Knightmare and Bygones. They were very good at showing ITC shows, I remember afternoons watching Danger Man etc. More importantly, they were one of very few ITV stations to repeat The Prisoner in summer 76/77, which for most of us was our introduction to the show, and inspired the setting up of the Appreciation Society. Here's the very distinctive knight logo:
A very interesting programme about Henry Blogg (famous Norfolk Lifeboatman), the programme seems to be incomplete.
