This article was on AOL today, I thought it was worth sharing considering the amount of British sitcoms featured in the list.
Good characters are the key to any sitcom, but sometimes the best ones are the supporting cast or guest stars rather than the main characters.
We've compiled a list of our top 10 favourite sitcom scene stealers, and listed them in reverse order. Have a butcher's hook and let us know if you think we've missed anybody...
10. Lucille Two in Arrested Development
It's the funniest, cleverest sitcom of the noughties - and our jaws dropped when we saw that Liza Minelli was playing a caricature of herself in it. Her mere presence would probably have secured her this spot, but luckily she's very good as well...
