Wonderful series, one of the highlights of the week, not a weak link amongst them. One less evening entertainment slot to mull over. I'm also waiting for Dexter to reappear on terrestrial.
Farewell last night to one of the best programmes on television over the last winter and spring. What a joy to have such a super script, marvellous acting - Juliana Margulies, my favourite Christina Baranski, little Archie Punjab (brilliant) and Josh Charles and of course Alan Cumming; Let us hope that the next series does not take too long to reach us.

Returns tonight on More4 at 9pm, the first of 22 episodes.
You’ve got to love The Good Wife. It likes to have a little tease before cracking on with the serious business of doing grown-up, lawyer-type things. Alicia (Julianna Margulies) is asked to defend a Palestinian student charged with a hate crime during a campus brawl, but it all goes horribly wrong when she thinks she has proof of his alibi.
Sadly last of the present series which has been its usual high standard, Alan Cumming has given it a great lightness of touch, his mouth is sometimes the male equivalent of Gaby from Desperate Housewives.
Fortunately another series is in the pipeline.
Wow! The series finale last night ended in a real cliffhanger.
Roll on Series Four.
Great end to another great series, I'm a bit loathe to give marks out of ten but no episode falls below eight, always maintains a high standard. A great addition has been Michael Fox's character, he certainly knows how to pull all the right buttons, after last night you wanted to cut his brake line.
British legal dramas please note, we need light and shade and more characters who can take the reigns and provide more layers.
I started this thread as I just so loved The Good Wife and I have continued to love it. Alan Cumming was absolutely superb of course and wee Andy Punjabi also. I am so glad that other people have loved this programme. A lot of my friends thought I was watching The Good Life and could not understand my enthusiasm!!! However, I converted them and they are now afficianados.
I only ever heard of it when Raj in "The Big Bang Theory" was watching "The Good Wife" through a telescope in someone else's apartment. The first time I saw that episode I thought he said "The Good Life"
