Hidden (TV Series 2011) - IMDb

I am surprised no one has posted a thread on this yet. Yes it is a slow burner but episode 3 last night had me on the edge of my seat. I look forward to next week's finale when all is revealed cos it certainly has not been revealed yet.

I've been following this one as well. Watchable for Philip Glenister, but otherwise a pretty run of the mill thriller.

It's OK but if she'd left me in Paris after I'd saved her life I don't think I'd be loosing much sleep over her welfare, also the original killing was supposed to be in SE England but they had on Irish uniforms

Irish policemen are allowed to visit people in Britain if they have suitable permission. That may be a major plot point, why is the son in a wheelchair?

Steve, the son isn't in a wheelchair, he's in chokey for being a drug (crack) dealer. The man in a wheelchair, an adult, is there because he was shot in the incident 20 years before when several people were killed by the 2 villains we see entering the house. We THINK that Glenister's brother was a lookout for the 2 men and, therefore, a bad person...but our hero (Glenister) won't admit his bro was there so this is a bit of a mystery which, we hope, will be cleared up next week.

The chap in the wheelchair was the son of the man who was shot in that house

If you were going to kill somebody at a big country house would you leave the getaway car on the main road and swagger up the drive carry the guns ?

We are enjoying it and I know they did a lot of filming in Ireland to save money

I thought Glenister was the lookout/driver and his brother was one of the shooters who was then shot and 'killed'. Like Bernado it seemed it was a slow burner, I wasn't too keen on the repeated flashbacks of the killing and the camera work was jumpy, I gave up halfway through the second episode and then returned to it via iplayer and I'm glad I did. Not excellent but enjoyable.

Yes, sorry, got that the wrong way round and, as Crooky points out, I'm clearly not keeping up with the plot! I am enjoying it, though, (even if I'm not understanding the plot) and the the heroine is very dolly.

Must be me but it seemed too fast-paced and thus the plot would make giant leaps forward. Fine for an everyday thriller but if you're trying to mix it with political intrigue the story needs to develop more fully.

The final episode was disappointing, a couple of loose ends and 'why did he do that' moments.
