Hi.

I was riveted when I saw this psychological thriller with George Cole and Annette Crosbie from 1970, so well acted out.

I am about to watch it for the second time and feel it may be one of those things that creep you out even more when you know the end.

I shall have nightmares again I`m sure!

That was the era for spooky TV anthology series, around 1974 suddenly people were not scared of the dark anymore(may have been all the power cuts LOL?) and they all disappeared off the screen.

I agree and what a shame that Killing Time is one of the few surviving episodes of the series Menace Superb performance by George Cole too. If memory serves the episode of Doctor Who playing on the TV during the episode is now lost I believe.
