    Can anyone identify the man in this photo? It's from an old Benny Hill sketch, and I'm guessing he was perhaps a television personality?

    And Benny Hill once spoofed "Sale of the Century", appearing as "Nicholas Parcels". The spoof name put me in mind of the phrase, "a parcel of tripe", i.e. rubbish.
