One of my all-time favourites was in the second series of "joking apart" when, due to concussion he was having conversations with his penis in human form. That was a spin-off just waiting to be written!

Too many to think about...but for a great scene it's hard to beat Victor Meldrew being 'shaved' by a mental patient in hospital.

I think the scene from the One Foot In The Grave 'Algarve' special where the donkey urinates in the spa bath is even better.

The tortoise is up there too. But for me, the 'shaving' scene edges it thanks to personal experience and the way the guy uses his finger and thumb.
