Hit And Run was what I saw last night. Ray Lonnen was in an episode of MidSommer Murders last year.

My favourites have to be "lamb to the Slaughter" " A dip in the pool" and "man from the South" all of which were originaly episodes of "ALFRED HITCHCOCK PRESENTS" ... besides these episodes the other connection between the two shows was the presence of Norman LLoyd as producer on both shows . LLoyd of course being the original falling man in Saboteur.

I remember an episode called The Tribute being good. Well-written and directed but overlooked in these respects.

I don't know if my memory is playing tricks and I am thinking of another programme entirely, but I seem to remember an episode of TOTU where someone discovers a Chippendale sideboard in an old chap's house, realises what it is, swindles said old chap by paying him peanuts, then when he comes to collect it the old boy has sawn off the legs to make it easier to get it out of the room.
Am I imagining it?

Straff.

No one remembers the one where Richard Johnson buries his wife under the patio?

I think it ended with kind of an "Oh bugger" look on his face as someone revealed they were going to dig up the patio for some reason or other.
