A friend is looking for information on an old TV series. We're back in the mid 60s here, in the satire years. It's either the days of NOT SO MUCH A PROGRAMME or BBC3. What he's after is a filmed insert into either of these programmes. It wasn't a one-off but it did have a limited life. Called - spelling may vary - "Wack and the Plastikators".

You can infer from various what this is all about; a doubtless laboured joke combining the then-fashionable Scouse culture with the equally then fashionable upsurge of 'plastiquers' promoting political change by other means.

It's not Harry Enfield's The Scousers - much earlier.
