Having only just to watching Foyle's War, am finding it very enjoyable. The character Michael Kitchen is excellent.

I enjoyed the series but must admit most of my enjoyment came from watching Michael Kitchen's wonderful acting - the standout scene for me was Foyle talking to the boat skipper who had just lost his son during the D Day landings. I shed more than a few tears.......

PS - yes MK is some hitman in THE LAST CONTRACT, completely despicable.
