i remember this and i must admit i hated it even then it was just a load of women sat around and just gassing about any old rubbish.

a forerunner of loose women

Now jack hargreaves in out of town that was good.

I didnt appreciate Jack Hargreaves as a teen but there are number of collections from Jack Hargraves Out Of Town series availalbe on DVD.. It would be nice to view these now as i am a frequent visitor to the catchment area covered by the old Southern tv channel and see some footage of places like the New Forest.

I remember in one programme the ladies made chilli in a big slow cooker and shared it out! The very height of 1970s sophistication!
