Well, I liked The Munsters until I saw The Addams family. They are just so odd rather than being second hand ideas from horror flicks. I mean, cousin It...Uncle Fester. To me , they're so off the wall and original. I'll have to look out for DVD's here in Oz.

I was told that "Uncle Fester" (Jacky Coogan from memory) was a child actor with Charlie Chaplin. Is that so, anyone?

I remember liking "Jeannie" (I've a weakness for blonde girls!) but not the series too much. No particular reason, but it just didn't seem to come onto my radar, so to speak.

Yeah, that's me. Billy Balthorpe, the man with no name.

Lucy was brilliant she he set the tenplate for the sitcom as it is today. Its a shame that "I Love Lucy and her other shows are not shown reguralry on uk tell anymore.

"I Love Lucy." and "The Lucy Show are available on dvd.

The "Lucy Show." is inferior to ,"I Love Lucy, but I havea soft spot for it mainly because I remember it as a child, being too young to remember, the earlier show when it was first shown over here.

They never show repeats of Banacek these days, Columbo is one of the only shows from the Mystery Movie rotating series that get show. Macmilan and Wife is available on Dvd and Mcloud was repeated a while ago., but where are Hec Ramsey and The Snoop Sisters the latter starring Helen Hayes.
Channel Five are pretty good at showing old tv movies, the Ironside pilot has been aired a fair few times.
