I remember Liz Taylor being interviewed, I think by Michael Parkinson. She was asked if she regrets not being reunited with Richard Burton again. Her reply was `I`m sure I will be`!

How lovely.

Guest, but more host! I remember when Heather Mills tried her hand at interviewing people .

She interviewed Paul Newman in the U.S.A. He wasnt impressed by her, that was obvious! She went on and on about how he was an amazingly good looking man for his age. By his reaction he either thought she was a first class condesending pratt or he was thinking "Oh My God! It`s me she`s after now.......quick hide!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Unpleasantest chat show guest ever must surely be Diana Mosley blithely insisting the Holocaust never happened and that Hitler was very misunderstood on Desert Island Discs (something that went completely unchallenged by Sue Lawley)

The lovely Ann Bancroft on somebody's show, where she appeared unable to respond apart from yes or no.
Wogan?

Schwarzenegger, Willis and Stallone on Michael Aspel's show promoting Planet Hollywood.
Absolutely unforgivable.

Lets face it! Any interview with the spice girls is quite unbareable, but how about when Nelson Mandela announced that the day he met the spice girls was the greatest day of his life????????

I saw Mandela interviewed on US TV a couple of years ago .... it was so embarrassing. The poor old boy just had nothing to say .... either that or couldn't remember anything.

Every time Wossy "interviews" his chum Gervais - embarrassment personified.
