Default Your Favourite Tv Families

Top of my list are The Barone Family from "Everybody Loves Raymond." especially Mother Marie (Doris Roberts.) Dad Frank(The Wonderful Peter Boyle.) and Robert (Brad Garrett.

The Ashtons from Family At War a family you could truly care about.

The Bellamys in Upstairs Downstairs, Big John and Victoria and family from High Chaperal, The Cartwrights, The Clampetts, Adams Family, Munsters, Simpsons and The Flintstones Rob and Laura Petrie. and The Porters from 2 Point 4 Children.

I would like the Cunnihghams from Happy Days to join this company but I am afraid that Richie was a little too smug for my tastes.

The Ewings, no contest. Followed by the Julio-Claudii , or whatever they are called, from I, Claudius.

I vote for the Cannons from HC as well (plus Manilito)!

All men leak.

I forgot about Manilito. What great memories of watching BBC2 on a Monday night.

If it's television families, I'll go for the Waterbury family, closely followed by the Faraday family!

I bet that'll take about two seconds for people to work out

All the best

Andy, Opie and Aunt Bee from "The Andy Griffith Show" are my all-time favorite.

Also like the Waltons and the Ingalls family (from "Little House on the Prairie").

The Wilkins Family of Reading, from the 1974 documentary series. A refereshing idea at the time as the schedules were not clogged up with reality tv like they are nowadays.

We play a game at work (during break times of course) which is pick your own fictional characters to be your family.

Mine are usually Dolly Rawlings -mother, Dirty Den -father, Phil and Grant - brothers, I also quite like the idea of Ronnie Mitchell as a cousin and Shirley as an Auntie. (Bit of an Eastenders bias there I know).
