Default The paranormal channel (new)

On sky 212.

I have posted this cos I think people would be intested as they are showing `strange but true` with Michael Aspel on a regular basis and they also promise some classics with Vincent Price etc.

The down side is that it is created by Yvette fielding and her husband so no doubt there will be some MH rubbish on there too.

But so far it looks quite good.

xx

Yeah they repeat them all like on a loop, but Arthur C. Clarke and Monster club is on tonight.

I must admit I am finding Paul Ross with his Ghosty Jackonary a bit bizzare though!

xx

there have now been six episodes shown from series 1 of strange but true on the paranormal channel each episode is shown several times giving people plenty of opportunity to record the episodes. episode four when shown (dover castle/ lorraine ham the psychic healer) was missing the very end of the episode.

Anything that shows Monster Club can't be all bad.
Especially The Pretty Things playing in the club between tales. Although a few of the tales are very good as well

It seems to repeat over and over again it could be a great channel if they put more on it, i love Epitaph but it is repeated again and again.

Live each day to the full because one day it will be your last.

has anyone noticed a difference on the paranormal channel the full wording of the channel title can now not be fully seen in the corner of the screen. i also noticed when watching strange but true the people seem bigger on the screen.

catch me if you can, hunt me if you dare!

Have you tried altering the aspect ratio on your TV controls (assuming you have a widescreen TV)? Some channels automatically zoom in slightly for no apparent reason, just like some others revert to 16:9 even if the programme isn't widescreen.

the paranormal channel has now started showing arthur c. clarke's mysterious universe this week followed by the 4th and final season of strange but true. the paranormal channel did not show the final two episodes of season 3 of strange but true - alien abduction and psychic pets/the mystery of dark peak.

catch me if you can, hunt me if you dare!
