Default Early evening medical "Soap"
Back in the early 'seventies I remember a series about a medical practice with four Doctors which I think was set in the Chilterns. I may be wrong but I think the theme tune was Sleepy Shores by the Johhny Pearson Orchestra but dont hold me on that.One Doctor was welsh and a lady Doctor from Scotland?
Does anyone remember what it was called and how long it ran for?
I think it was on BBC ( Johnny Pearson used to be involved with Top of the Pops).

I think you probably mean 'The Doctors' which was very early '70's. I remember Nigel Stock was the Welsh doctor, Dr. Owen and got a spin off series, 'Owen MD'. Can't remember anyone else in it though.

Thank you. I do remember Owen MD just about. Im sure it was set in a rural area.
Was the run for about two series?
