Default Dfs sale ad
Is anyone else iritated by the current DFS summer sale ad, whcich features that song with the lyrics,"I want to be a rock star." Such is my conempt for this song I cant be bothered to find out who recorded. D.F.S ads are itiriating enough, but this one has to be the all time worst.

Or am I just getting old?

It was 'Nickelback.' No idea what the song's got to do with sofas though.

I do like Nickelback. I don't like DFS - although I have a DFS sofa that has survived all manner of jumping on it, cat scratching etc. The never ending sale is cheeky and bizarre.

Nickelback - I would give them a chance! My son's father just adores them - and he is pushing mid forties now! So, no - it's not age BHowells!

I grew to like this one quite a bit.

You know I really shouldn't post first thing in the morning (I sneak downstairs for a bit of quiet before anyone else gets up.)

I just put 'manor' instead of 'manner'. But I changed it quick before anyone noticed.

Say what you want about this annoying ad and the seemingly odd choice of music - but it's got you all talking about it - which is what the admen want.

I liked their pevious ad where they used Petula's 'Colour my World' song to show that they have Sofas in many different colours......
