Never here any mention anywhere of Till Death, the Till Death Us Do Part sequel shown on ITV in 1981. I had to check the Radio Times comedy guide for the tramsission dates, I never saw it and thought it was a bit earlier the late sevenites. I didnt see it, this was a mere four years before the In Sickness and In Health on BBC.
The premise of Till Death had Alf and Elsie retired and living in Eastbourne., the Radio Times guide describes it as mediocre. There is a U.S. show called Till Death nothing to do with the Garnetts it stars former Everybody Loves Raymond star Brad Garrett, a multi talented and very funny man in my view. Everybody Loves Raymond still remains a bit of a secret in this country despite the fact its on tv virtually every day on Paramount on Channel Four. |
