Homes under the Hammer is a curate's egg

In the first programme (01/09/08) of the latest series, there had been no work on two of the three properties when cameras returned.

As with other interesting properties, in previous series, there were delays submitting, or obtaining approval for, planning applications.

There are tedious repeats of episodes which are good only in parts.

Update programmes would be more helpful - revisiting properties where work has now been completed.
