I know this is nothing new but has anyone else noticed how cantenkerous Esther Rantzen can be when she gives an interview. I saw her on BBC Breakfast last week talkiing about her work for childline. She complianed of having a frog in her throat they gave her some water in a mug and she started having a minor rant at the BBC about the cheapness of their drinking vessels.

I have no problem with the sterling work she's done for childline but otherwise she is downright unpleasant.

Does she do much on tv these days apart from that awful ad she does for accident insurance which is made to look lika a chat show with an audience.
