I actually think it's quite funny and worth watching for Old Tel's witty and hilarious observations on the biggest load of drivel ever to emanate from the vocal chords of human beings.
Whilst there has been a handful of good songs over the years, standards do seem to be dropping as the memebership of countries has increased. But it's only an annual event, and certainly no worse than the other talent shows currently on offer.

I agree with scholes. My (cool- 17 year old) daughter and I can't bear to miss it as it is so expensively awful and Tel is so great!

It used to be reasonably good but as the political voting has become ever more prevolant its just ruined it for me, and it seems for the rest of Britain.
