Jonathan Glazer went from Radiohead promo's to Sexy Beast.
Spike Jonze and Michel Gondrey have done counrless videos and also feature films.
Mark Romanek made vids for REM etc and also directed One Hour Photo with Robin Williams.
Chris Cunningham made the famous Windlowlicker video and has also done SFX on a few sci-fi features.
