    Anyone remember watching this series at school,at the end of the 1960's.It was set around the docks of London.

    I remember "Len and the River Mob" fondly, we used to watched it at School in the 70`s

    I think the there was a book as well.

    Yes...I remember it too.

    There's a website dedicated to it.

    His name was Len Tanner...there was also a book that you used to follow along the story.

    Don't remember if I loved the prog. that much, but it was fun watching TV at school...on a great big black & white TV set, which would be rolled out.

    Must have been about '69-70.

    I remember this from 1969-70 watching it at school in the only tv in school, black and white, which was located in the staffroom

    Set around the docks of London.Sadly it looks like there are no copies of this series left.I was age nine at the time, it still sticks out in my mind, i can still see the opening credits.

    I don't remember that one, but one which may be in a similar vein was 'Sam and the River', which had a very haunting (whistled) theme tune which is still stuck in my head.

    I remember this as well...also on the only B&W TV in the school. I'd love to see it again. I remember a book came with the series.
