80s Kid's Tv Show

There was a kid's tv show on, I think late 80s about a girl who vists an old relation and ends up helping the ghost of an old man (in a bowler hat) who is being persued by the ghost of a soldier. The soldier's name was Hague, but that is really all I can remember. I think at the end of the series there was a chase along some rocks near a beach, not sure. It may have been called something like 'Ghost Tower' or 'Watch Tower' or something. If this rings a bell with anyone, please post back. Thanks.

Could it be The Watch House (1988) ?

That had Ying Tong John playing "Scobie Hague".
