I'm interested in knowing when the 1985/1986'color' episodes of Alfred Hitchcock Presents have been aired on UK TV.

I remember seeing them and it was around that time 1985/86, definately no later than 1989. If I remember rightly, it was the introductions that were 'colorised'

Yes they were. It kicked off with "The Man From The South" with Kim Novak and John Huston. I believe it was shown on Channel 4, but I am sure they only ran about 8 episodes and tucked it away late at night - and as has been stated, Hitch was colorized.
