Default Unanswered: Im sure this was a Brit film
From what I can remember it was a black comedy where a woman who's husband had died was blackmailing the lead character into sex. There was one scene in a bed show room that I can remember but thats about it?

Any ideas?

Edit: Sorry this was posted in the wrong section, I wasn't logged in when I started the thread and I guess after logging in I was moved to this section without realising.

Id say it was an 80's film, I saw it when it was on TV in the early 90's

Hmmm... It could be 'Intimate Relations' with Julie Walters, although that was made in 1996 - later than the date you had in mind.

Im pretty sure it was blackmail as there was someone else he wanted to be with but always had to see her. It was something to do with where he worked, her husband died there.
