Looking for a film which tells the story of a group of youths from London. They go to an outward bound school which I think was at Aberdovey in Wales. Think it ends with some sort of rescue on top of a mountain. Possibly Harry Fowler is in it?

I remember this film , one of the instructors was an actor whos second name i don't remember but his first name was kieron. I think he was Irish or Welsh. They were a group of youths from the east end of London.
