Could it be Paranoid (2000)?
The plot summary here suggests that a faded rock star (Iain Glen) imprisons Jessica Alba at his house and at some point chains her to a bed:

Rock star imprisons a girl fan and keeps her tied up? And abuses her. She gets help from his manager..
