Default Unanswered: Flora Robson spills her Heart out.....

Hi, any idea of the title of a Flora Robson film where she has quite a lengthy scene sitting at a table and talking about some 'tragedy' (I think) that had happened, I don't think it was a Period Movie, I think the Weather seen through the window behind her was a kind of semi-darkness.....

Cheers!

The Beast in the Cellar?

It had lots of lengthy scenes of Flora Robson and Beryl Reid sitting around the table talking about celery and life's tragedies.

It was an Amicus horror (1973, I think). I actually quite liked it, although admittedly it was awful.

Thank you for the replys Dave and wearysloth, it's not 'Beast in the cellar' I'm afraid......the Movie is a black and white one could be 30's/40's/ early 50's, the Camera focus's on Flora alone sitting at the Table talking.....

No, not Holiday camp.......but a Movie from around that Era.........the scene I'm thinking of has been shown on it's own once or twice on programmes about Movies, but it's really foxing me what the Movie is!

Could it be Malta Story where she has the long scene with her son (Nigel Stock) who is going to be hanged for treason after helping the Germans? I believe she's sitting at a table in that one.

It would appear Flora didn't have much luck with her 'sons', another one was hanged in The Tall Headlines!

Start every day with a smile and get it over with.
