Nautical action film.

Hi guys cheers if you can help me out.

The rest of the film is a blur, but the ending has stayed in my mind. Our action hero is on a yacht thats slowly sinking due to bad guys shooting it, He can't jump over board just yet cause the bad guys are out side circling in their boats, so he goes below deck and finds? What else! A rocket launcher (Well a world war 2 panzerfaust to be precise).

Running up top he states the immortal line ' Thank god my mum/mom sent me to military school' and promptly blows the bad guys away.

Ideas? thanks again guys!

If the bad guys are circling in boats (plural), once our hero shoots one with his rusty old panzerfaust I suppose the other one just sits there and waits to be shot as well
