Film With Haunted Barn

I wondered if anyone could help me identify a film which i saw (i don't think i saw the entire film) on Sky (probably in the 1990's), i think the film was American (might have been British, can't remember any accents), i don't remember much about the film except that the film was mostly set in and around a house in the country, the house was definitely haunted, the thing i remember most about the film was that there was a barn not too far from the house and that the barn contained a tennis court, i can remember that a person who either lived or was staying in the house kept hearing the sound of a tennis ball coming from the barn and that every time he/she went to the barn the sound of the tennis ball stopped and the barn was empty (apart from the tennis net), i think the film might have been made in the 1970's or 1980's and i am certain the only time i saw this film was on Sky (probably in the 1990's), i would be very grateful to anyone who could help me identify the film that i am thinking of.

I have now watched the entire episode of Hammer House of Mystery and Suspense that you mentioned on YouTube jaycad, and i can confirm that it is what i was thinking of, thank you jaycad, i think it would have been best if Hannah Gordon had got someone to knock the barn down.
