Late 70s to mid 80s film about fire fighters

I'm looking for an old movie about British fire fighters. All i remember is a scene where one of the fire fighters is in the bath with his nude wife\girlfriend. There are lots of scenes with fires.

Probably the pilot episode of London's Burning. The lovley lady in the bath was Katharine Rogers, who played Firewoman Ingham. Fond memories :-)
