Can you name this film please

Please can any one tell me what this film was............around the 50's a film that I can only remember the ending. It was about a plane forced to land in a jungle and then they found that they could only take off with so many leaving some there with head hunters closing in on them. The final shot is the plane taking off and the remaining people (an old couple) watching it with (unknown to them) a fellow passenger raising a gun to the back of their heads rather than let the "locals" get them alive. I would love to find this films name.

Sounds like it could be Five Came Back, with C. Aubrey Smith as one of the old couple, though it's a 1939 film.

That was definitely the 50's version. Rod Steiger being the man with the gun behind the old couple. Robert Ryan played the pilot.

Thank you all for answering, it would have been the 50's version I saw. I was quite young and went with my dad to the local picture house, and this film has always been in my memory (well, the end anyway) so it is so good to know the title. I am a new member to this site so you can imagine how pleased I am to have the name after all these years. Thank you.
