Default Isn't Life Wonderful! (1953) *solved*
Hi everyone,

I’m trying to find out the name of a film I saw some years ago.
I think it came out in the 50's
It was in colour a comedy set early 20th century. There was a young boy, and his uncle was a drunk who had a bicycle shop, I think maybe the boy wanted a bike. Anyway I can’t remember what went on in the film but I know I enjoyed it and I’d like know what it was called

Hope someone can help

If it was set in Australian it could be Smiley.

That was it, I thought it sounded a bit like a much more famous film, but didn't mention it originally because I thought it might confuse things.
Now I just have to find DVD of it
